Refund policy

At Velora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:

• You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Please contact us at jasonkelly2342@hotmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
